BOSKAR © Original is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of robust, versatile, modular, and quality vehicle accessories for adventurous, challenging, or extreme conditions and terrains.
The name ‘BOSKAR ©’, is combination of the Afrikaans language words ”BOS” (bush) and “KAR” (vehicle), implying a vehicle that is perfectly adapted and appropriate for the bush, or otherwise, a vehicle that is, in typical South African lexicon, ready to for anything, or, literally: a vehicle to ‘go bos’, or crazy, with!

Our vision
To establish product lines that are, over time, entrenched as a leaders and de facto standard or reference within the vehicle accessories market through sheer price competitiveness, functionality, quality, service, and brand dominance.
The mission
Obviously BOSKAR © Original cannot be everything in the vehicle accessory market; it will only address very specific non-OEM items for limited OEM types and models. Not all vehicles have the extreme demands of going ‘bos’. BOSKAR © Original will focus on very specific vehicle makes and models and associated bull bars, towbars, cattle-rails, and bakkie-systems, roof racks, and under-vehicle protection products.
