Refund and Returns Policy – BOSKAR Original

Warranty

BOSKAR © Original warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year. Except as specifically stated herein, all express or implied warranties whatsoever, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded.

Because BOSKAR © Original probably will not be the ultimate installer of its products and because the products may be used in conjunction with products not manufactured by BOSKAR © Original, BOSKAR © Original may not be able to guarantee the performance of its products under all possible non-OEM variables and shall not be responsible for circumstances resulting from the product’s inability to operate under such non-OEM variables and/or conditions.

BOSKAR © Original’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at BOSKAR © Original’s option, any product not meeting the specifications. Returns must include proof of purchase and be within the warranty period. In no event shall BOSKAR © Original be liable to the buyer or any other person for any loss or damages whether direct or indirect or consequential or incidental, including without limitation, any damages, or claims by any other party, caused by defective goods or otherwise arising from the improper, incorrect or otherwise faulty installation or use of the products.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, BOSKAR © Original’s maximum liability will be strictly limited to the purchase price of the defective product. Your use of this product signifies your acceptance of this warranty.

NOTE: Dealers, installers and/or others selling the product are not authorized to modify this warranty or make additional warranties that are binding on BOSKAR © Original.

Cancelation of order(s)

Cancellation of orders by the ordering party will attract a five percent (5%) administration fee, or for any goods returned.

BOSKAR © Original will refund the ordering party, minus the administration fee, within two (2) working days of receipt of returned goods from the order cancelling party.

Refunds and returns conditions

The BOSKAR © Original Refund and Returns Policy is valid for five (5) business days from the date of placing the order. If five business days have elapsed since your purchase, BOSKAR © Original will not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased and received from BOSKAR © Original. Your purchased item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, BOSKAR © Original will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as where the purchased item is not in its original condition, not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the error of BOSKAR © Original.

The purchased item being returned must be shipped back to BOSKAR © Original’s physical address and must be acknowledged as received.

Refunds and returns process

Once your purchased item being returned is received and inspected, BOSKAR © Original will send you an email to notify you that the purchased item was received. BOSKAR © Original will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

BOSKAR © Original only replace purchased items if such items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send BOSKAR © Original an email at [email protected] and send your purchased item to BOSKAR © Original’s physical address.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your purchased item being retuned. Shipping costs at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your requested delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BOSKAR © Original cannot guarantee that it will receive returned item where it does not control the shipping agreement and/or process.
